  • Receive, verify, and enter invoice details into the financial system, ensuring timely payment processing and accurate record‑keeping.
  • Generate standardized template files, download large data sets, and perform pre‑processing tasks in Microsoft Excel, including data cleansing, formatting, and validation.
  • Maintain strict adherence to arenaflex’s data entry guidelines, guaranteeing that all entries meet quality standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Produce and submit a weekly progress report to the manager, summarizing closed work orders, outstanding tasks, and any data anomalies identified.
  • Collaborate with remote team members, providing updates and seeking clarification when necessary to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting enhancements to templates, workflows, or data validation rules that could increase efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data‑sorting functions.
