About the Customer Experience Team

Position Overview

As a Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Associate, you will become a subject‑matter expert on arenaflex’s product catalog, subscription plans, and logistics. You will engage customers across multiple channels—live chat, phone, SMS, and email—providing empathetic, detail‑oriented solutions that turn inquiries into lasting relationships.   • Wednesday‑Saturday (Wed‑Fri 2 PM‑7 PM EST & Sat 1 PM‑6 PM EST)
  • Wednesday‑Saturday (9 AM‑2 PM EST)

Applicants must be permanent residents of one of the following U.S. states: Massachusetts, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, or Kansas. International remote work is not permitted.

Application Process

All new hires are required to attend a four‑week virtual onboarding program (Monday‑Friday, 9:30 AM‑4 PM EST) beginning on the designated start date. The training includes product immersion, system navigation, and role‑play scenarios. Upon completion, you will take an assessment to verify your readiness for live customer interactions. Successful candidates will then be scheduled for their preferred shift pattern.
