About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position that plays a crucial role in our customer experience operations. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing assistance through various channels and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone or written communication, providing assistance across a range of support plans and services
  • Outbound Communication: Place outbound customer calls, follow up with emails, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer call databases, enhance and follow up on customer support logs, and manage all customer profiles with accuracy
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document production
  • Ticket Management: Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring proper tracking and resolution of customer concerns
  • Correspondence and Special Projects: Support in the preparation of all correspondence related to the customer support process and manage special administrative projects, including overflow work from other teams such as word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
  • Virtual Reception: Manage the virtual lobby area by greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, and consumers, seating them to appropriate offices and conference rooms, and notifying staff of arrivals
  • General Office Duties: Perform various general office tasks including filing, data entry, spreadsheet and report maintenance, mailings, and project management
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for checking and maintaining inventory supplies as needed
  • Process Compliance: Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality in all work functions

Essential Qualifications
