Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify large volumes of data with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical assistance to internal users and external clients, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, chat, or remote desktop tools.
