What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will be varied, intellectually engaging, and central to our operational success. Below is a detailed breakdown of the key responsibilities you’ll own:

  • Proactive Information Gathering: You’ll reach out to employees across multiple departments, liaise with external clients, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect a wide range of documents and data points — including invoices, financial statements, operational reports, personal records, and other essential documentation.
  • Source Document Review and Analysis: You’ll carefully scan, review, and analyze incoming paperwork and digital files to identify the most pertinent pieces of information. This requires a sharp eye for relevance, accuracy, and completeness before any data is captured.
  • Error Detection and Correction: A core part of your role involves spotting inconsistencies, correcting mistakes, and reorganizing information in a way that allows for fast, accurate, and reliable data capture. You’ll be the quality gatekeeper of our records.
  • Spreadsheet Creation and Management: You’ll build, format, and maintain accurate spreadsheets that summarize and organize critical information. Your ability to structure data clearly will be relied upon by team members across the organization.
