Job Title Business Intelligence Analyst (H/F) Location United States Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights that help improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify business trends and opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure the accuracy and consistency of business reports.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and management decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and BI solutions.

QualificationsRequired

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database design.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
