  • Batch Verification: Review printed edits to confirm that payment batches balance correctly, ensuring proper credit allocation to customer accounts.
  • Documentation Management: Log, date, and file batch records in the correct sequence, maintaining an organized and searchable archive.
  • Customer List Accuracy: Keep a comprehensive, up‑to‑date computer‑generated customer list, reflecting any status changes such as charge‑to‑cash, cash‑to‑charge, address updates, or minor modifications.
