As the company expands its digital footprint, the need for robust governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes has never been more critical. Join arenaflex’s cybersecurity team and help safeguard the data, reputation, and creative assets that make the brand iconic.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior GRC Data Entry Specialist is the backbone of arenaflex’s risk‑management ecosystem. You will ensure that every third‑party risk assessment, internal compliance questionnaire, and security control review is accurately captured, tracked, and reported. Your meticulous attention to detail will enable the organization to stay ahead of regulatory changes, protect sensitive information, and maintain the trust of partners and fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of third‑party risk management (TPRM) data entry, from initial request validation to final remediation tracking.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, verify, and document risk assessment details, ensuring completeness and alignment with arenaflex’s security standards.
  • Distribute, collect, and review due‑diligence questionnaires for internal and external partners, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of findings, remediation plans, and audit trails within arenaflex’s GRC platform.
  • Draft and review compliance reports, ensuring that all required signatures and approvals are obtained from relevant business owners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for queries related to risk control techniques, providing clear explanations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Continuously monitor the status of open risk items, updating stakeholders on progress and driving issues to closure.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the GRC system, proposing enhancements that increase efficiency and data quality.
  • Partner with the Governance, Threat, and Compliance Lead to develop and deliver risk awareness communications and training materials.
  • Stay current with industry regulations (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18, GDPR, CCPA) and emerging threats, ensuring arenaflex’s compliance posture remains robust.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, data security, or audit & compliance tracking. At least 2‑3 years must be directly related to TPRM or internal audit functions.
  • Certifications (preferred): CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, or equivalent security certifications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18 frameworks, and familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, interpret complex data sets, and produce actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting findings to senior leadership and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization or a major accounting firm.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their impact on security risk modeling.
  • Proficiency with GRC tools such as RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or similar platforms.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment with flexible hours.

Core Competencies & Personal Attributes

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships across business units, influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Detail‑Oriented: Meticulous data entry and documentation practices that ensure audit‑ready records.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactive approach to identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence delivering concise, compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating changing priorities, shifting timelines, and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
