Online IB DP English A: Language and Literature Teacher (Part-Time)
International Baccalaureate Diploma Program English A: Language and Literature Teacher (Part-Time) Position Overview Dwight Global Online School, which was recently named the #1 best online high school in the United States by niche.com. Dwight Global Online School is seeking an experienced and innovative IB English A: Language and Literature teacher to teach virtual classes. The ideal candidate is a flexible and innovative team player with a gift for igniting the spark of genius in online students around the world. The applicant should have experience teaching either the IB English A: Language and Literature or IB English A: Literature courses with a proven track record of success. Though this position is remote and the teacher may be located anywhere in the world, they must be available to teach synchronous classes from the late morning until the early evening Eastern Time. The classes will start in September 2026 with course preparation beginning in August 2026.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or Graduate degree in Education, with a subject specialty in English Language and/or Literature
- At least three years of experience teaching high school level learners
- At least two years of experience teaching IB English A: Language and Literature or IB English A: Literature
- Experience working, teaching, and collaborating online preferred
