  • Identify and troubleshoot common issues related to member eligibility, claim status, provider network questions, and benefit explanations.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support staff while ensuring a seamless handoff and follow‑up.
  • Adhere to established scripts, compliance guidelines, and data‑privacy regulations (HIPAA) throughout each interaction.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training, coaching, and performance‑review sessions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and private workstation that meets arenaflex’s technical standards for connectivity and security.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, knowledge‑base enhancements, and customer‑experience initiatives.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 30–35 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clear articulation, active listening, and professional email etiquette.
  • Basic proficiency with personal computers, web browsers, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a router with an Ethernet jack, and a dedicated private workspace free from distractions.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and the ability to quickly assimilate new information, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
