Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and Zoom
- Help clients understand and choose benefit options
- Guide customers through insurance plans in simple, clear terms
- Conduct virtual consultations with new & existing clients
- Keep accurate records and stay updated on products/services
- Be part of a supportive, collaborative remote team
Skills
- No experience required – full training provided
- High School Diploma or GED (college students & recent grads welcome)
- Strong communication & people skills (written + verbal)
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and online tools
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
