[Remote] Sales Representative

They are seeking a highly driven Inbound Sales Setter to engage with warm inbound leads, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified introduction calls with Community Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound leads through phone, text, email, and CRM communication
  • Build rapport and understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, experience level, and timeline
  • Book qualified introduction calls for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates inside the CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who do not book right away or show for our team
  • Help create a positive first impression of Multifamily Wealth Nation
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve show rates, lead quality, and conversion

Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends in the real estate sector
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in real estate, investment, or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, high-ticket sales, real estate, coaching, education, or online programs
  • Confidence with technology like a CRM and communication via phone, text, and email
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with new prospects
  • Highly organized and follows up relentlessly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Coachable, competitive, and motivated by results
  • Positive attitude and strong personal discipline
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about real estate investing, multifamily investing, wealth building, and financial freedom
