Sales Development - Appointment Setter

They are seeking a dynamic Sales Development / Appointment Setter to drive outbound activity, qualify prospects, and book appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • 150+ outbound dials per day
  • High daily activity across: Calls, Texts, Emails
  • Consistent booking targets tied to performance
  • Operate inside a structured, KPI-driven environment

Skills

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting is a plus, but we're open to candidates who have the right drive and willingness to learn
  • A passion for personal development, coaching, or self-improvement
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with high-volume dialing (150+ calls per day) and working in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work on-site (4 days/week) in Scottsdale, AZ (Friday is a flex/work-from-home day)
