Purpose of the Team: ? This role is to support the sponsor with calendar management, organizing events, managing the sponsor's travel, and other tasks to support the sponsor. ? Key projects: This role will contribute to no specific key projects it is mostly involved with events planning logistical support on setting up webinars etc... ? Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 85% calendar management, organizational matters etc., 10% getting things set up making orders and other operational duties, and 5% ad hoc small projects and events. Candidate Requirements ? 3 overall years of experience in the field. Top 3 Hard Skills Required Years Of Experience ? Minimum 3 years of experience with calendar management. ? Minimum 3 years with administrative experience. ? Minimum 3 years of experience with executive communication email communication etc..
