Collaborate on Ad Hoc Projects: Dive into a variety of projects alongside the Business Operations Associate, contributing your unique skills to the mix. ? Research On Demand: Be the go-to person for national service partners, software solutions, work best practices, competitor pricing analysis, and more. ? Bridge Gaps: Step in strategically to fill organizational gaps for short, defined periods. ? Efficiency Guru: Identify inefficiencies across the organization and help generate a backlog of... projects to address them. ? Special Projects Support: Assist the Leadership Team on special projects and requests, showcasing your versatility. To Be Successful, You'll Need: ? Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience, with a background supporting c-level executives or similar. ? Tech Mastery: Proficiency in Google Suite is a must. Ability to quickly adapt to new software like Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, EZO, Ninety, iSolved, etc. ? Can-Do Attitude: Approach work with a willingness to tackle tasks from strategic to tactical, embracing new and unknown projects with curiosity and ownership. ? Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and follow-through, multitasking prowess, and the ability to maintain structure and organization. ? Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for thorough research and the confidence to make recommendations independently. ? Urgency and Timeliness: An ingrained sense of urgency to execute tasks at the highest level within established timelines. ? Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to work harmoniously with internal and external stakeholders. ?
