They are seeking an Accounting Tech responsible for managing accounts receivables, processing deposits, generating invoices, and reconciling payments.

Responsibilities

  • Process deposits
  • Generate and submit invoices to customers
  • Record invoices in the accounts receivable system
  • Record and reconcile customer payments
  • Monitor and reconcile daily payment batches with accounting records
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments and correspondence
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial audits

Skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous Experience With Accounting Responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and agency staff
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous accounts receivable experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word and Outlook
