The Senior Data Engineer role involves taking ownership of large-scale cloud data warehouse implementations, shaping technical strategy, and solving complex business challenges directly with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data transformation initiatives
- Drive cloud migration projects from legacy platforms
- Work directly with senior business stakeholders
- Influence architecture and technical design decisions
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape best practices
Skills
- Strong Snowflake & SQL expertise
- Data Warehousing & ETL Development
- Data Modelling
- Oracle experience
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or Informatica Cloud
- Consulting or client-facing experience advantageous
