Madison-Davis, LLC is a growing independent leasing company seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the equipment finance market. The role focuses on developing vendor and dealer relationships across various industries and involves communicating the benefits of financing solutions to cultivate long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategies to consistently meet origination and revenue objectives
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new vendor dealer and manufacturer partnerships
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to launch and support vendor programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored financing products and deliver partner training
  • Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady growth

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in equipment finance
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales goals; an established book of business is highly desirable
  • Solid knowledge of small- to mid-ticket finance (up to $750K)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
