Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates alike. Collaborate with our leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience. Proven track record of successful placements in various industries. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate management systems.
