[Remote] Recruiting Specialist (Transactly)

The Recruiting Specialist will work hands-on with hiring managers to attract, screen, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
  • Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform
  • Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently
  • Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously

Skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates
  • Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day
  • Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent
  • Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
  • 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to assess candidate fit
  • Committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred
