[Remote] Radiology Technologist - Account Manager (Diagnostic Imaging Equipment/Service/Parts/Supplies)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MXR Imaging, Inc. is one of the largest independent providers of diagnostic imaging equipment sales and service in the nation. The Radiology Technologist - Account Manager will manage and expand an assigned territory by strengthening existing relationships and delivering solutions-based support across imaging equipment, service contracts, parts, and supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the current customer base
  • Identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Leading post-sale support and issue resolution
  • Acting as the customer voice internally
  • Selling new X-ray service contracts and supporting renewals
  • Growing medical supplies sales
  • Selling ultrasound equipment/parts/probes
  • Coordinating with service, manufacturers, and sales leaders
  • Preparing weekly activity/market reports
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

Skills

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T., CT, or MR)
  • 3–5 years of sales and/or radiology equipment technical experience
  • Knowledge of B2B imaging solutions and service contracts; executive-level communication
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
