[Remote] Freelance Email Marketing Specialist

They are seeking a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist to design, build, and manage monthly email marketing campaigns for multiple HVAC brands, requiring a highly creative approach tailored to each brand's voice.
Responsibilities
- Design and build email marketing campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro for multiple HVAC and home service brands
- Create both one-time and automated email campaigns, including promotions, maintenance reminders, membership messaging, and customer re-engagement
- Develop creative email layouts, messaging, and subject lines customized to each brand
- Manage monthly campaign calendars across multiple companies
- Build and manage audience segmentation using ServiceTitan customer data
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while still pushing creative improvement
- Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution
- Make data-driven optimizations to improve results over time
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives
Skills
- Hands-on experience building email campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro preferred
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation
- Ability to design and write for multiple brands simultaneously without reusing generic templates
- Creative mindset with attention to detail in both copy and layout
- Comfort managing recurring monthly deliverables across several businesses
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
- Experience in HVAC or home services marketing is strongly preferred
