Working collaboratively with our social media team, you'll help expand our digital footprint and amplify our mission through captivating visual storytelling. • Compensation and Benefits: • Full-time, salaried/exempt position • Competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience • Sign-on bonus of $2,000 • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage • 403b retirement savings plan with up to 5% employer matching • Flexible vacation hours, sick leave, education reimbursement, and wellness reimbursement • Duties and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our video and social media teams to produce compelling video content promoting our various initiatives, including conferences, podcasts, sermons, and missions. • Utilize creative editing techniques to craft engaging reels and YouTube Shorts that resonate with our audience. • Work alongside our social media team to develop effective strategies for reaching diverse audiences across multiple platforms. • Enhance videos with closed captions, graphics, and special effects to optimize engagement. • Schedule and manage social media posts using industry-standard management platforms. • Engage with our online community in a warm and informative manner, fostering meaningful connections. • Qualifications: • Alignment with our organization's mission and values • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred • Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro • Strong understanding of video production principles, including composition, lighting, and sound recording • Knowledge of social media best practices and trends • Excellent written communication skills • Experience in graphic design for social media platforms preferred • Previous experience in a similar role within a nonprofit or Christian organization is advantageous • Working Conditions: This role offers a typical office schedule of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility for remote work on Fridays. The position involves primarily desk-based work in a comfortable office environment. Physical Requirements There are no heavy lifting requirements for this role, and it is performed in a climate-controlled environment.
