Assist in gathering necessary information and financial details to ensure seamless access to medical services. Insurance Liaison: Work closely with insurance companies to verify coverage, eligibility, and benefits. Utilize your excellent communication skills to ensure patients understand their insurance plans. Financial Coordination: Secure financial clearance for various medical procedures and services. Collaborate with the team to resolve any financial concerns promptly and efficiently. Precertification Expertise: Handle complex precertification processes for surgeries, admissions, and diagnostic procedures. Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained to streamline patient care. Problem Solver: Tackle denied claims and appeals with enthusiasm! Dive into denial workflows and work collaboratively to find solutions and ensure patients receive the care they need. Requirements

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Four (4) years of related experience in a healthcare or financial setting. Certification: Pre-certification experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance processes.
