Position Overview – Why This Role Matters
As a Remote Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the linchpin that connects our clients’ production orders with flawless data management. You will handle a blend of voice and non‑voice interactions, verify critical information across multiple databases, and ensure that every piece of data is accurately captured and organized. Key Responsibilities
- Enrichment Task Execution: Review, complete, and document enrichment tasks as defined by client‑specific guidelines.
- Application Data Entry: Input vendor resources, board certifications, and other essential data into arenaflex’s digital platforms with meticulous attention to detail.
- Data Verification: Cross‑check information supplied by third‑party entities using online databases and state board portals to confirm accuracy.
- Information Organization: Sort, categorize, and store data in electronic files or cloud‑based databases for easy retrieval.
- Voice & Non‑Voice Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing clear and courteous assistance to customers.
- Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve data discrepancies and support client needs.
