Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Filing: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks for accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, equipment inventory records, and confidential employee or departmental files. Ensure all information is entered correctly into company systems and databases.
  • Document Preparation: Copy, collate, and otherwise prepare reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence. Ensure all outgoing materials are professionally formatted, accurate, and ready for distribution in a timely manner.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring that records are easily retrievable and properly archived according to company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Perform other related duties as assigned, including providing general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Consistently work between 16 and 25 hours per week, with availability during standard business hours and willingness to adjust schedule as operational needs require.
