  • Product Definition & Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, championing the right solution architecture and driving consensus across cross‑functional teams.
  • End‑to‑End Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce CRM, Infrastructure, Architecture, Release Management, Application Security, and Business Product Owners throughout the full software lifecycle, from concept through testing and production rollout.
  • Design Sessions & Code Reviews: Lead architecture workshops, design reviews, and peer code reviews to elevate engineering quality and enforce best practices.
  • Reusable Component Development: Create and maintain reusable application components, patterns, and libraries that accelerate delivery across the organization.
  • Azure & Cloud Tooling Mastery: Leverage Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling to streamline development, deployment, and operations.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and disseminate best practices across teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and champion automation to improve delivery speed and reliability.

Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
  • 3+ years designing and building architecture for new and existing systems, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
  • Advanced understanding of DevOps principles, continuous delivery, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency with web service integration (REST/SOAP) and enterprise middleware (Apache Camel, Spring, Spring Boot).
  • Solid experience with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of delivering solutions in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading projects, influencing stakeholders, and presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Add‑Ons

  • Experience with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Flutter.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including standard objects, custom objects, validation rules, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CDP, Flow Builder, and Process Builder for advanced automation.
  • Experience building event‑driven architectures using frameworks like Apache Kafka, Azure Event Grid, or similar.
