Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support Integration: Leverage data analytics to enhance remote customer support operations, improving response times, issue resolution, and overall satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of hands‑on experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior or lead positions, demonstrating the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.
  • Proven expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and large‑scale data technologies such as ADLS, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Snowflake.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and modern analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Deep understanding of lakehouse architecture, data warehousing, and real‑time streaming pipelines.
  • Track record of designing and delivering high‑volume, high‑velocity data solutions that support continuous analytics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
