Key Responsibilities

  • Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a steady stream of incoming calls and chats from banking and financial services customers, providing timely and accurate assistance with professionalism and warmth.
  • Gather and Assess Information: Collect relevant customer details, thoroughly evaluate needs, and deliver tailored solutions that address each unique situation.
  • Educate and Empower: Clearly explain financial products, services, and tax preparation offerings, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Navigate Multiple Systems: Utilize various platforms and web-based applications simultaneously to access customer accounts, document interactions, and resolve issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Call Center Experience: Minimum of one year of demonstrated success in a call center or contact center environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one year of professional experience delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Computer Proficiency: Minimum of two years of computer experience in a professional work setting, with strong familiarity navigating multiple applications and web-based tools.
  • Technical Aptitude: Tech support experience is strongly preferred and will give you a competitive edge.
  • Multitasking Ability: Comfortable switching between multiple windows, applications, and conversations without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot effectively.
