Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate the implementation of agreed‑upon activities—including mechanical service, equipment installation, and business‑building initiatives—across your geographic territory.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renegotiations, collaborating with the arenaflex System, finance, and cross‑functional teams to formalize mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage marketing reimbursements and local store funding programs to drive incremental sales and enhance brand visibility.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor and optimize your own performance metrics, ensuring efficient contact cadence and successful execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Customer Development Leadership Team on emerging opportunities and process improvements.

Professional Development & Team Collaboration

  • Develop and execute an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that outlines clear pathways for personal growth and career advancement within NAOU.
  • Participate actively in regional and account‑team meetings, sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
  • Flexibly adapt your work schedule to accommodate after‑hours calls, account‑team collaborations, and occasional travel to customer events, training sessions, or sales conferences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of frontline sales experience (preferred), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively and influence senior‑level customers.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering viable, customer‑centric solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Microsoft Outlook applications.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience in the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industry.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation processes and financial acumen.
  • Ability to manage and resolve service issues, equipment installations, and reimbursement approvals.
  • Comfort with building and delivering compelling customer presentations.
  • Proven cross‑functional teamwork, collaborating with finance, operations, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for customer events, training, and conferences.
