Program Overview

The NA Planning Student Program – Customer Insights offers motivated university students a unique, year‑round, part‑time opportunity to dive into the world of market research, consumer behavior, and strategic insight generation. As a member of the Customer and Market Insights organization, you will work alongside seasoned analysts, brand strategists, and research partners to uncover trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and shape the next generation of arenaflex vehicles and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer research projects, including ethnographic studies, online communities, and product testing.
  • Compile and synthesize large data sets from surveys, focus groups, and secondary sources to identify emerging market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Develop clear, compelling insight decks that translate raw data into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing, and brand strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week throughout the year, with potential to expand to 40 hours per week during the summer.
  • Strong academic performance (GPA ≥ 3.0 on a 4.0 scale).
  • Demonstrated interest in the automotive and mobility industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive narratives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
