  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Sales Operations, and IT—to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely, high‑quality outputs.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and recommend enhancements to streamline data collection, preparation, and entry workflows.
  • Provide ad‑hoc analytical support, such as creating pivot tables, charts, and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and reporting procedures to support auditability and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and stay current with emerging best practices in data management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce—ability to run reports, export data, and understand object relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple data requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of data findings and process recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
