  • Issue Resolution: Follow client‑specific handling instructions to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries, escalating only when necessary.
  • Script Utilization: Leverage call scripts to maintain consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all interactions.
  • Punctuality & Reliability: Adhere to scheduled shifts, be ready for extended hours during peak periods, and maintain a dependable presence for both customers and teammates.

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Communication Mastery: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, and to convey information clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Professional Phone Presence: Project confidence, clarity, and professionalism on every call.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer functions; typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred, enabling you to serve a broader customer base.
  • Problem‑Solving Mindset: Quickly identify root causes, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution.

Qualifications – Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) – required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field – preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.

Technical & Network Requirements

  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (run a speed test at speedtest.net upon hire).
  • Ethernet connection is strongly recommended for stability, though not mandatory.
  • Work from a private, secure location—public spaces and VPNs are prohibited to protect client data.
  • All logins must originate from a U.S. IP address to comply with arenaflex security policies.
