  • Document Preparation: Prepare comprehensive client documents and travel tips, either electronically or as hard copies, advising clients on what should be printed and ensuring delivery no later than three weeks before departure.
  • Internal Coordination: As needed, assist with distributing information to internal team members and coordinating team-wide needs to maintain operational efficiency.
