About the Role

The Remote Customer Experience Specialist position is a performance-driven, independent contractor opportunity designed for self-motivated individuals who excel at building rapport, solving problems, and driving results. As a representative of arenaflex, you’ll engage with customers across a variety of channels — primarily by phone — to introduce products and services, answer questions, provide solutions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to and engage with prospective and existing customers to introduce arenaflex products and services, answer questions, and guide them through decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and timely support to every customer interaction, ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer value by recommending additional products, upgrades, or services that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer information, interactions, transactions, and outcomes in our computerized systems, maintaining a high standard of precision and confidentiality.
  • Cash and Payment Handling: Process payments, refunds, and other financial transactions with accuracy, integrity, and strict adherence to company protocols.
  • Phone Etiquette and Professionalism: Maintain a polished, courteous, and professional tone throughout all customer interactions, embodying the values and standards of arenaflex.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency, working to find solutions that leave customers feeling positive about their experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor your individual performance metrics, set personal goals, and continuously seek ways to improve your results.

  • Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States. Please note: arenaflex is currently unable to hire applicants residing in California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Wisconsin, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Bilingual or Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in Spanish is highly valued, as is the ability to communicate in additional languages. Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call center, retail sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM Software: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar platforms.
  • Upselling or Closing Experience: A demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

Compensation: This is a performance-based independent contractor role. Agents earn from $10.00 per hour, with the potential to increase earnings based on individual performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction metrics. Because your income is tied to your effort, the more you put in, the more you can get out.

Schedule Flexibility: We understand that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a 9-to-5 schedule. That’s why arenaflex offers a range of scheduling options, including full-time and part-time hours. Depending on business needs, shifts may include:

  • 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
  • Day, morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts
  • Weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules as needed
  • Monday through Friday availability for traditional schedules

You’ll have the opportunity to select shifts that align with your lifestyle and availability, giving you true flexibility over your work week.

Expected Hours: Between 15 and 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and business demand.

Work Location: Fully remote. Work from the comfort of your home, anywhere within an eligible U.S. state.
