Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Support: Respond professionally to customer inquiries submitted through chat messaging systems and email channels, maintaining the same high standard of service across all communication methods.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose customer problems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions promptly while adhering to client-specific guidelines, scripts, and compliance protocols.
- Customer Account Management: Update account information, process transactions, and assist with billing, shipping, returns, and service-related requests as directed by client requirements.

- Internet Connection: High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. Mobile home internet (T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) and satellite internet services are not permitted
- Security: Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer
- Smartphone or Tablet: An Android smartphone/tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app for secure system access
