[Remote] Instructional Design Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kellton is seeking an innovative Instructional Design leader to modernize digital learning experiences and establish a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence. The role involves leading the design and development of engaging learning solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of engaging, interactive, and measurable learning solutions
- Create digital training using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, and related tools
- Develop learning standards, templates, and best practices across the organization
- Leverage AI, xAPI, cmi5, JavaScript, and emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals
- Drive learning analytics, performance measurement, and continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure accessibility, LMS compatibility, and content governance standards
Skills
- Lead the design and development of engaging, interactive, and measurable learning solutions
