Lead Game Designer - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts, artists, and writers to deliver a high-quality gaming experience
- Design and implement engaging gameplay mechanics, features, and content
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality results
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specs and technical requirements
- Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on design to ensure a polished and engaging experience
- Participate in the recruitment and management of additional designers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a lead game design role
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality multiplayer games
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Passion for playing, creating, and shipping games
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5
- Programming experience in C++
- Content creation skills
