Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, customer‑focused Remote Data Entry & Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Care Operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Record Integrity: Conduct routine audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or outdated entries, ensuring a single source of truth for all customer data.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear, courteous, and solution‑oriented assistance.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Technical Support teams to resolve data‑related issues and improve overall customer experience.
