• Our work-from-home customer support team is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative for our Afternoon/Evening shift (until 8 pm PST Monday - Saturday). Preferably located in PST time zone.
- You'll be answering incoming calls and emails, verifying purchase details with prospects, making confirmation/reminder calls, and showing our customers how to maneuver through our software.
- We're looking for a highly organized individual with a home office set up. Must have excellent communication skills, be tech savvy, a quick learner, a team player and a great attitude towards going the extra mile for our customers and our team.

- Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Hubspot, Aloware, Gmail, GSuite Calendar, Remotifyx Docs, and Skillastra Sheets.
- Training is paid, and the right candidate can start immediately.
- Must have at least 5 years of previous customer service experience and a home office already set up.
