Join Our Customer Experience Team We're currently seeking a full-time Remote Customer Advocate Phone Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Experience team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Arizona residents. As a Customer Advocate Phone Specialist, you'll be the frontline voice of arenaflex, handling inbound phone support for our members. Your role is critical in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with excellence, empathy, and efficiency. You'll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing comprehensive information about our health insurance products and services.

What You'll Do

As an integral member of our Customer Experience team, your primary responsibilities will include Customer Care Identify, research, process, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries and correspondence via telephone, written communication, and in-person interactions when necessary. You'll be the first point of contact for many members seeking guidance and support. Member Advocacy Explain a wide range of information concerning our organization's services to customers. This includes but is not limited to contract benefits, changes in coverage, eligibility requirements, claims processing, arenaflex programs, provider networks, and general health insurance guidance. High Volume Phone Support Handle a diverse and high volume of health insurance-related customer calls and correspondence daily. Our Customer Advocate Phone Specialists typically answer 40 or more calls per day, making this role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Performance Excellence Meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards to achieve individual and department performance goals as defined within department guidelines. You'll be equipped with the training and tools necessary to succeed. Documentation Document and record facts regarding inquiries and correspondence by updating arenaflex files and system databases accurately and thoroughly. Technical Proficiency Demonstrate and maintain current working knowledge of the required arenaflex systems, procedures, forms, and manuals. Continuous learning is key to success in this role. Additional Duties Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
