The Senior Technology Analyst within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at arenaflex represents a pivotal role that bridges the gap between complex data ecosystems and strategic business decision-making. In this remote, full-time position, you will serve as a key analytical powerhouse, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive technology strategy, operational excellence, and organizational innovation across the entire enterprise.

This is not your average data reporting role. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will be immersed in the heart of arenaflex's technological evolution, working with sophisticated datasets that span financial planning, workforce analytics, product development, operational delivery, and beyond. You will leverage industry-leading tools including Tableau, Alteryx, and Microsoft Power BI to create compelling data narratives that inform critical decisions at the highest levels of our organization.

Reporting within the OCIO structure, you will collaborate closely with senior technology leaders—including the Chief Information Officer, Vice Presidents, and other C-suite executives—providing them with the analytical foundation they need to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and navigate the complex landscape of modern technology operations. Your work will directly influence the direction of arenaflex's technology investments, risk management strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Core Functions

As a Senior Technology Analyst at arenaflex, you will take on a multifaceted role that combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Advanced Analytics & Data Modeling: Apply sophisticated analytical methodologies, business process modeling, and reengineering techniques to solve complex problems across the technology organization. You will work with diverse datasets encompassing financial metrics, workforce planning, product health indicators, delivery timelines, and other critical operational dimensions.
  • Technology Partnership & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to technology colleagues across the organization, providing expert guidance, data-driven recommendations, and innovative solutions within your areas of deep expertise. You will build strong collaborative relationships that enhance the analytical capabilities of teams throughout arenaflex.
  • Solution Evaluation & Optimization: Identify strengths and weaknesses in alternative approaches, conclusions, and problem-solving methodologies. You will proactively seek out opportunities to enhance existing processes, implement improvements, and drive continuous optimization across technology operations.
  • Business Case Development: Conduct thorough effort and value assessments for proposed solutions, developing comprehensive business cases that weigh costs, benefits, risks, and strategic alignment.   • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous validation processes to verify data accuracy and completeness. You will employ systematic dependency identification procedures to ensure the reliability of analytical outputs and maintain the highest standards of data governance.
  • Project Prioritization & Delivery: Establish and follow structured prioritization frameworks to drive work forward efficiently. You will manage competing demands with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality standards, and you may mentor junior team members to develop similar capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Articulate ideas, business requirements, and technical concepts clearly and concisely in written form, adapting your communication style to match the needs of different audiences. Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Preferred fields of study include Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education for exceptional candidates.
