  • A professional home office environment — You must have — or be willing to set up — a dedicated, quiet home workspace. This includes a reliable computer or laptop, a quality headset, and a strong, stable internet connection. Your workspace should be free from distractions and conducive to focused, professional work.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills — Typing proficiency, clear spoken communication, and comfort with standard office software and web-based tools are essential. You must demonstrate strong spelling and grammar skills, as written communication quality directly impacts the customer experience.

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery, all arenaflex virtual agents must meet the following minimum technical specifications. This infrastructure is critical to maintaining reliability, security, and performance standards that our customers and partners expect:
