Position Overview – Customer Development Manager (Insights & Analytics)

As a Customer Development Manager – Insights & Analytics at arenaflex, you will serve as the strategic analytics champion for one of our largest national retail partners. You will blend data‑driven insight with market‑savvy storytelling to drive category growth, optimize inventory, and enhance the overall partnership experience. Key Responsibilities

• Data Stewardship: Manage and integrate multiple data sources—including point‑of‑sale (POS) feeds, syndicated market data, and internal shipment records—to monitor the execution of vendor programs and assortment strategies.
• Insight Generation: Analyze sales, profit, margin, and market‑share trends to uncover opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend actionable solutions that align with both arenaxflex’s and the retailer’s objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid understanding of national chain retail operations, distribution logistics, and category management principles.
