Your work will directly influence arenaflex’s ability to stay ahead of market demands, reduce latency, and provide an exceptional digital experience that sets industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Build Scalable Systems: Design and implement resilient, distributed services that handle high‑volume transaction loads with sub‑second latency.
  • Product Definition & Technical Leadership: Translate business goals into technical solutions, champion best‑in‑class design patterns, and drive product roadmaps from concept to production.
  • Full‑Lifecycle Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including arenaflex CRM, infrastructure, architecture, release management, security, and product owners—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Design Sessions & Code Reviews: Lead architecture workshops, mentor peers, and conduct rigorous code reviews to elevate engineering quality across arenaflex.
  • Reusable Component Development: Create and maintain reusable libraries, frameworks, and patterns that accelerate development across multiple product lines.
  • DevOps & Cloud Automation: Leverage arenaflex‑provided tooling for continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure‑as‑code, and real‑time monitoring.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior engineers, disseminate best practices, and foster a culture of learning and psychological safety.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct deep‑dive profiling, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders, present roadmaps to senior leadership, and manage expectations with clarity.

Essential Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience with at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, C#) and strong object‑oriented design skills.
  • 3+ years of experience architecting and designing both new and legacy systems, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (arenaflex, arenaflex, or arenaflex) and a solid grasp of cloud‑native concepts.
  • 2+ years of experience with open‑source frameworks and libraries, including Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in RESTful and SOAP web services, enterprise middleware integration, and API design.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments while delivering high‑quality software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of leading technical discussions and influencing cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills
