Why This Role Matters

The Senior Program Marketing Specialist will be a cornerstone of arenaflex’s US Customer Education and Programs team. You will own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of peer‑to‑peer education initiatives that empower healthcare professionals (HCPs) to adopt the RDN therapy confidently and responsibly. Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the arenaflex Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in‑person peer‑to‑peer events, national broadcasts, and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) offerings.
  • Collaboration with Field Teams: Partner with sales representatives and market development specialists to align programmatic offerings with regional sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Faculty Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with HCP faculty, ensuring on‑label messaging, compliance, and seamless coordination of events.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee all regulatory and documentation requirements for educational programs, securing approvals for content, materials, and promotional items.
  • Content Development: Co‑create topic‑specific webinars, digital assets, and educational tools with internal stakeholders and external experts to address emerging clinical questions.
  • Market Insight: Analyze barriers to adoption of the arenaflex Blood Pressure Procedure, identify gaps in education, and propose new or evolved programs to accelerate launch.
  • Travel & Representation: Attend conferences, point‑of‑access meetings, and training sessions, traveling up to 20% of the time to represent arenaflex and support program delivery.
  • Project Leadership: Manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional resources to ensure programs are delivered on schedule and within scope.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, marketing, sales, or customer education within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing peer‑to‑peer education programs for HCPs.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex clinical data into clear, compelling educational content.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including sales, regulatory, and medical affairs.
