As an Entry‑Level Remote Digital Media Client Services Associate, you will be the operational backbone that turns strategic plans into flawless execution, helping to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and maintain the high‑quality standards that define arenaflex.

Role Overview

This full‑time, remote position is based out of Milan, Italy, and reports to the Digital Media Client Services Lead. You will work closely with a small, high‑performing team to support sales representatives and agency partners throughout the entire campaign lifecycle—from initial proposal and trafficking to reporting, optimization, and invoicing. The role offers a unique blend of analytical, project‑management, and client‑facing responsibilities, making it an ideal launchpad for a career in digital advertising operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Trafficking & Execution: Assist senior client services managers in trafficking campaigns across arenaflex’s digital inventory, including video, display, and connected‑TV (CTV) placements.
  • Media Planning Support: Contribute to the development of media plans that align with advertiser goals, ensuring accurate inventory allocation and pacing.
  • Order Management: Process orders, manage line‑item creation, and maintain up‑to‑date campaign documentation in the ad‑tech platform.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click‑through rates, viewability, and revenue, flagging any anomalies for immediate resolution.
  • Revenue Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve fill rates and CPMs, collaborating with sales and product teams to implement optimizations.
  • Invoicing & Reconciliation: Work with Finance to generate accurate invoices, reconcile discrepancies, and support post‑campaign financial reporting.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for advertisers and agencies, providing timely updates, answering technical questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to platform enhancements.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain internal SOPs, create training materials for new hires, and propose workflow refinements that increase efficiency.
  • Regional Coordination: Liaise with EMEA teams to align on market‑specific requirements, regulatory considerations, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of general experience in the advertising industry, preferably on the agency side or within ad‑tech platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media buying, trafficking, and campaign management across web, mobile, and CTV environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with major ad‑serving and demand‑side platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to digital advertising.

  • Experience working with streaming video inventory, especially on platforms similar to arenaflex+.
  • Hands‑on exposure to programmatic buying, real‑time bidding, and audience segmentation.
  • Previous involvement in cross‑border campaigns within the EMEA region.
