What You Will Do as a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex

  • Deliver Outstanding Live Chat Support: Handle a wide variety of customer queries in real time, including questions about deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses, account management, and safer gambling tools. Every interaction is an opportunity to wow a customer.
  • Be a Customer Advocate: Take a 360-degree view of every player’s experience. Listen actively, anticipate needs, and go the extra mile to ensure every customer feels valued, heard, and supported.
  • Identify Trends and Escalate Issues Early: Spot recurring themes in customer contacts and share your observations with Senior Executives and Managers. Your feedback will help arenaflex identify potential issues before they grow and continuously improve our award-winning product.
  • Solve Problems with Speed and Creativity: Think on your feet and find solutions outside the box. You will be empowered to resolve queries at lightning speed while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.

  • Zendesk Experience: Previous hands-on experience using Zendesk (or similar helpdesk/ticketing platforms) is highly desirable, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
  • A Passion for 5-Star Service: A keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like. You take pride in delivering quality in every interaction.
  • High-Volume Environment Experience: A minimum of six months working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service role — whether in retail, hospitality, contact centers, or digital environments.
  • Industry Awareness: A strong understanding of the customer service industry and a genuine desire to be best in class. You stay curious, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving customer expectations.
  • iGaming Experience (Nice to Have): Previous experience in online gaming, casinos, or betting is a bonus, but not essential. arenaflex provides top-class training to help you become an expert.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You write clearly, professionally, and warmly. You can adapt your tone to suit every customer and make even complex issues easy to understand.

Your Schedule, Flexibility, and Work Setup at arenaflex

This part-time role follows a unique and predictable rotation designed to support work-life balance:

  • Rotating Pattern: 4 days on, followed by 2 days off.
  • Shift Times: Morning shifts from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and evening shifts from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Weekend Work: Evening and weekend shifts are part of the regular rotation, giving you variety and flexibility.
  • Minimum Hours: 20 hours per week, making this role ideal for students, parents, semi-retirees, or anyone seeking meaningful part-time work.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere within the EMEA time zone. All you need is a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a passion for great service.
