This includes capturing new SKUs, updating pricing information, and ensuring that all product data is current and correctly cataloged in our inventory management platform.
  • Data Verification and Quality Assurance: Serving as a guardian of data integrity by meticulously verifying the accuracy of entered information through cross-referencing with original source materials. You will develop and implement quality checks to minimize errors and maintain the highest standards of data reliability.
  • System Maintenance and Documentation: Uploading critical documents and maintaining backup records in the Salesforce system, ensuring that all information is properly archived, easily retrievable, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Monitoring the aging of accounts receivable reports, preparing accurate invoices, and facilitating the collections process by working closely with the finance team and, when necessary, communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Purchase Order Reconciliation: Carefully reconciling purchase orders against received goods and invoices, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Inventory and Label Management: Conducting weekly hard counts of product labels to ensure physical inventory aligns with system records, reporting variances, and supporting inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the broader team, including answering phones professionally, managing correspondence, organizing files (both digital and physical), and supporting various operational needs as they arise.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency. At arenaflex, we encourage innovative thinking and welcome suggestions for improving how we work.
  • Adapting to Evolving Needs: As with any dynamic organization, arenaflex reserves the right to add or modify duties as business needs evolve. Flexibility and a willingness to embrace new challenges are essential to success in this role.
