Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Answer incoming calls from German‑speaking customers, and proactively reach out to prospects and existing clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and generate sales opportunities.
  • Order Management: Accurately capture orders, schedule deliveries, and process bookings through both external and internal telephone systems.
  • Email & Digital Support: Respond to email queries in a timely, professional manner, ensuring that each response reflects arenaflex’s high standards of service.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex’s healthcare product portfolio, enabling you to educate customers and recommend solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with B2B and B2C customers, fostering trust and long‑term partnerships through attentive listening and personalized service.
  • Problem Solving: Identify root causes of issues, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver effective resolutions while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
  • Data Accuracy: Document all interactions in the CRM system with precision, ensuring that records are complete, searchable, and compliant with data‑privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process enhancements, share best practices with peers, and participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) with a clear, professional accent.
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, clear articulation, and empathy.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and order information.
  • Self‑motivated mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and CRM tools.

Shift Options & Compensation

arenaflex offers three flexible shift structures to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. All shifts are rotational, providing a balanced mix of morning, afternoon, and weekend hours. Compensation is competitive and aligns with the responsibilities of each schedule.

  • Shift 1 – £25,000 per year: Five‑week rotation with varied start times ranging from 07:00 to 20:00, including occasional Saturday work.
  • Shift 2 – £25,075 per year: Similar five‑week rotation with additional Saturday coverage on selected weeks, offering a modest salary increase.
  • Shift 3 – £27,350 per year: Fixed schedule focusing on later afternoon/evening hours, ideal for candidates seeking consistency.
